The Scope Audit — certified versus deployed

For every quantitative guarantee in the corpus with recoverable deployed parameters, we evaluated the bound's own formula at the paper's own deployed configuration. inside = deployment satisfies the certified preconditions; outside = it provably violates them; not evaluable = the formula cannot be evaluated at any deployed configuration (unpinned constants, unrecorded premise parameters).
